What we are

jhovas.org is an independent document preparation and mailing service. We are not affiliated with, authorized or endorsed by jw.org, the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society, or any congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. We are not a law firm and nothing on this site is legal advice. If you need advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer in your country.

What we deliver

• Free option: a print-ready PDF letter containing the details you supplied.
• Paid option ($9.99): the same letter printed, enveloped, stamped and handed to a regional mail network for delivery to the congregation address shown to you before payment.

We cannot control whether the recipient follows the notice, replies, or records your request. Our money-back guarantee below applies if contact continues after confirmed delivery, but it is not a promise of a particular legal outcome.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details. A letter posted to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered or resent free of charge.
• Only submit an address you live at or are otherwise entitled to make a request for. Using this service to send unwanted mail on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
• Check the congregation we found before paying, and correct it if it is wrong.

Refunds

If your letter has not yet been printed and posted, email us and we will cancel the order and refund the $9.99 in full.

If we fail to post a letter you paid for, you get a full refund. If Jehovah’s Witnesses contact you again after we have confirmation that your notice was delivered, email us with your order details and we will refund the $9.99 in full. This guarantee covers any later visit, call, letter or literature delivery, with no fixed expiry period. We will also help you understand practical next steps for reinforcing your privacy request. We cannot promise that the recipient will comply or guarantee a legal result.

Where consumer law in your country gives you stronger rights than these terms, that law applies.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
